There are two entrances for issuing pallets, which can be found in the ship finding module or in the personal center pallet management. (general users do not open the publishing permission by default, and the publishing permission is opened by the background administrator)

First of all, select the type of charter, which is divided into VC (Voyage Charter)/TC (this refers to voyage Time Charter). The selected types are different, and the corresponding table information is different.

1.Choose VC way to rent

Pallet information: select the type of ship, name of goods, approximate weight of goods, approximate deadweight tons required for the ship, whether ship cranes, grab specifications, etc., required loading and unloading ports, support multiple loading and unloading ports, loading period, commission ratio, loading rate unloading rate, upper limit of freight rate (set psychological price), upper limit of demurrage, model contract, other terms, and effective deadline of chartering information.

Setting of the second round of quotation: whether the second round of quotation is started and the time to start the second round of quotation. VC (Cheng chartered ship) can set the second round quotation, and the second round quotation will automatically start the second round quotation after setting the opening time. It should be noted that the opening time of the second round quotation should not be later than the effective deadline of the chartering information.

Contact information: company name, contact email and contact person.

Among them, the name of the goods, the approximate weight of the goods, the port of loading and unloading, the loading period and the deadline are required.

2.Select TC (this refers to voyage Time Charter)

Pallet information: select the type of ship, name of goods, approximate deadweight ton required for the ship, whether a ship crane is required, grab specifications, required port of loading and unloading, loading period, commission ratio, charter period, charter description, model contract and other terms.

Contact information: company name, contact email and contact person.

Among them, ship type, cargo name, loading port and loading period are required.

Confirm to submit immediately and publish successfully. After successful publication, view the recommended pallet information, or view the published pallet information.

View published pallet information;

The pallet publisher can view the quotation and suspend/end the transaction. If there is no quotation, you can edit the pallet again.
